Catalyst Construction was engaged to deliver a full-scale design-assist and construction management package for the new Pickleplex Social Club locations across for cities in Ontario. The scope encompassed the build-out of over 30 professional pickleball courts, party rooms, washrooms and change room facilities, as well as administrative office areas, totalling more than 90,000 square feet. This high performance, multi-site delivery showcases Catalyst Construction’s capacity to manage large-scale recreational projects under tight timelines. The Pickleplex facilities have since become vibrant community hubs for social sports, entertainment, and wellness.
